How we rank profiles

We want you to know why you see the profiles in this order.

1. Highlighted profiles (paid)

Cleaners with an active TOP profile (CZK 99 a month) and companies with a Partner subscription (CZK 590 a month) appear at the top of the list and in the selection when you post a request. They are always marked with the label “Highlighted”. Among themselves they are ranked by the same score as all other profiles.

2. Other profiles — the score

The order of all other profiles is set by a score made up of these parameters:

  • Client ratings (35 %) — the average star rating, weighted by the number of ratings so that one rating does not outweigh twenty.
  • Profile completeness (20 %) — photo, introduction, services, areas, availability and other details.
  • Response rate and speed (20 %) — how often and how quickly the profile replies to new messages (over the last 90 days).
  • Verified in person (15 %) — we have spoken with the cleaner on a short video call or in person.
  • Recent activity (10 %) — when the cleaner last logged in or replied.

New profiles with no history get a neutral value for responses, so being new does not count against them.

3. Filters and sorting

The default “Recommended” sorting uses the order described above. In the directory you can also sort by rating, price, experience or number of reviews — with any sorting other than “Recommended”, paid highlighting does not apply. Filters by city, service, price or verification only narrow down the results and do not change the order.

4. Ratings

Only a client who contacted the cleaner through HledámÚklid and received a reply can leave a rating. We do not edit ratings and only remove them if they break the law or our terms.
