Clients send you an offer straight from your profile, or you accept a request nearby. Whoever accepts first gets the contact. Agree on time and price; the client pays you directly.

How much can I earn as a cleaner on HledámÚklid?▾
It depends on your rate and how many jobs you take — both are up to you. Cleaners on the platform usually charge 280–500 CZK/h and keep the full rate; the platform takes nothing. We do not guarantee the number of jobs — it depends on demand in your area, your profile, reply speed and reviews.
Do I need a trade licence (živnostenský list)?▾
For regular work you need a trade licence — household cleaning is an unregulated trade and you get it at the trade licensing office (živnostenský úřad). You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance; ask an accountant if unsure.
Do I need my own equipment?▾
No. In your profile you state whether you have your own supplies, vacuum or car. Clients see it and choose accordingly. If you have none, clients often provide their own.
How do I get paid?▾
Directly by the client — cash, bank transfer or as agreed. The platform does not collect or pay out money for cleaning, so there are no transfers to wait for and no deductions. Agree on the payment method in messages beforehand.
What if a client does not pay?▾
You agree on payment directly with the client, so settle it upfront (e.g. cash right after cleaning). With a new client you can ask for payment after the first hours. If a client behaves dishonestly, report them with the "Nahlásit" button — we will check the account.
Can I work only in a certain city or district?▾
Yes. In your profile you choose the areas where you want to work (e.g. "Praha 5, Praha 13"). One city or several — you decide.
