How does HledámÚklid work?

Post a request and we send it to cleaners near you — the first one to accept it gets in touch with you. Or choose a specific cleaner in the catalogue and send her an offer. You agree on the time and price directly and pay the cleaner for the cleaning. HledámÚklid only connects you and takes no commission.

How much does it cost?

Browsing profiles and signing up are free. You pay 39 CZK for the contact — for both requests and offers, the amount is only put on hold on your card and charged once a cleaner accepts. If nobody gets back to you, you pay nothing. You pay for the cleaning itself directly to the cleaner at her hourly rate.

Is it free for cleaners?

The profile is, and we take no commission on cleaning — cleaners get their full rate directly from the client. Offers from clients are free to accept; accepting a request nearby costs 1 credit (39 CZK), and the first one is free. Optionally they can pay for highlighting (TOP profile, 99 CZK a month). Cleaning companies also have a free profile.

Are the cleaners verified?

Every profile has a phone verified by SMS. Cleaners we have talked to on a video call or in person have the "Verified in person" badge. Only clients who contacted a cleaner can review her.

Who is responsible for the cleaning and any damage?

You make the cleaning agreement directly with the cleaner or company, who is responsible for their work. HledámÚklid is not a party to your agreement. If something serious happens, use the "Nahlásit" (report) button — we will check the profile.

How do I pay for the cleaning?

Directly to the cleaner — cash, bank transfer or as agreed. We recommend paying after the cleaning and not sending advance payments. A self-employed cleaner can issue a receipt on request.

Can I withdraw my request?

Yes. Until someone accepts it, you can withdraw it at any time under “My requests and offers” and the 39 CZK hold is released. If nobody accepts it within 6 days, the hold is released automatically.

Can I keep the same cleaner?

Yes, and we recommend it. With a cleaner you are happy with, agree on a regular time directly — further cleanings don’t need to go through the platform.

What if nobody replies?

We publish your request and send it to cleaners nearby. If nobody accepts it within 6 days, the hold is released and you pay nothing. It helps to describe the cleaning as precisely as possible — or to send an offer to a specific cleaner from the catalogue (up to 3 at a time).

What about personal data?

Cleaners don’t see your last name, phone or address — your request is published without them. Only the cleaner who accepts your request or offer gets your contact. We process data under GDPR — details in the privacy policy.
