Where can I find a cleaner who meets all 10 points?+
On HledámÚklid every cleaner has a verified phone number, an hourly rate and the services she offers right in her profile; she gets the “Verified in person” badge after a short video call or a personal meeting with our team. Cleaners arrange their own insurance. Only clients who contacted the cleaner can leave a rating. The platform is new, so consider profiles without reviews too — be at home for the first cleaning and agree to pay after it is done.
What is the minimum score a cleaner should reach?+
Our recommendation: at least 70 points out of 100 (i.e. 7 of the 10 criteria). Below 50 points, look for other options. Between 50 and 70, clarify the missing points by sending the cleaner a message.
What if my cleaner scored below 50?+
It does not mean she is bad — she may just lack insurance or public reviews (typical for cleaners who find work through acquaintances). If a friend personally recommended her, the risk is lower. For a new cleaner you do not know, look for 70+ points.
