How quickly can we find a cleaner?+

We manage a large portfolio of apartments. How much does it cost?+
The price is set by the individual cleaner’s hourly rate or the company’s quote (from CZK 150/h), and you pay it directly to the provider. You negotiate volume pricing with them yourself. The platform takes nothing from the cleaning; you pay CZK 39 per request or direct offer only once the provider accepts it.
What about keys? We don’t want to hand them to a new cleaner every time.+
You arrange the key handover directly with the cleaner (in person, key box, smart lock). The platform does not keep or hand over keys. With a regular cleaner or company you only sort out the handover once.
Do we get any proof of cleaning for a deposit dispute?+
Agree with the cleaner that she sends you photos of the apartment after cleaning. The invoice or receipt is issued by the provider you work with.
How does billing work?+
You pay the cleaner or cleaning company directly — bank transfer against an invoice, cash or however you agree. HledámÚklid does not collect or pay out money for cleaning and is not a party to your agreement.
