Question 1

What is HledámÚklid?

Accepted Answer

HledámÚklid is a Czech platform where clients find cleaners and cleaning companies nearby. You post a request or send an offer to a specific cleaner; once she accepts, you agree on the time and price and pay her directly. The platform connects you and takes no commission from the cleaning.

Question 2

How do I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Click "Sign up", choose whether you are looking for or offering cleaning, and enter your name, e-mail and password. It is free and takes a minute.

Question 3

How much does the platform cost?

Accepted Answer

For cleaners the profile is free with no commission. Clients browse profiles for free and pay 39 CZK for the contact — for both requests and offers, the amount is only put on hold on the card and charged once a cleaner accepts. You only pay once someone gets back to you. Cleaning companies have a free profile and accept business requests (office, building, Airbnb) for 5 credits (195 CZK).

Question 4

Which cities do you cover?

Accepted Answer

The whole Czech Republic. Most cleaners are in Prague and Brno so far — filter your city in the catalog.

Question 5

How do I find the right cleaner?

Accepted Answer

Filter the catalog by city, service, rate and rating. Each profile shows an introduction, experience, languages, response time and client reviews. Or post a request and the first cleaner nearby to accept it will contact you.

Question 6

How do I post a request?

Accepted Answer

Click "Post a request", choose the service, city, size and frequency and describe what you need. 39 CZK is put on hold on your card and we send the request to cleaners nearby. It is charged once the first cleaner accepts; if nobody accepts within 6 days, the hold is released.

Question 7

How does an offer to a specific cleaner work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a cleaner in the catalog and send her an offer — what, where and when. 39 CZK is put on hold on your card and charged only if she accepts within 48 hours; otherwise the hold is released. You can have at most 3 offers waiting for a reply at a time.

Question 8

Can I arrange regular cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Agree a regular slot directly with a cleaner you are happy with. Further cleanings do not need the platform.

Question 9

What if I am not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

You agree and resolve the cleaning directly with the cleaner, who is responsible for their work. Describe your experience in a review. For serious problems use the "Report" button — we will review the profile.

Question 10

How do I become a cleaner on the platform?

Accepted Answer

Sign up as a cleaner and fill in your profile — photo, areas, services, rate and a short introduction. It saves as you go and once published, clients find you in the catalog.

Question 11

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

The profile is free with no commission — you get your full rate directly from the client. Offers from clients are free to accept. Accepting a request nearby costs 1 credit (39 CZK), and your first one is free. Credits also come in packs (5 for 179 CZK, 10 for 329 CZK), are valid for 12 months from the day they are added and nothing renews automatically. Optionally, a TOP profile for 99 CZK a month shows you among the first.

Question 12

Can I set my own prices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you set your rate yourself and can change it anytime. The profile editor shows typical rates in your city.

Question 13

How do reviews work?

Accepted Answer

Only clients who contacted you through the platform and got a reply can review you. Good reviews, fast replies and a complete profile move you up in the catalog.

Question 14

Do I have to accept every request?

Accepted Answer

No, you choose — and you only pay for the requests you accept. When you are fully booked, turn off "Accepting new clients" in your profile.

Question 15

How is the cleaning paid?

Accepted Answer

Directly to the cleaner — cash, bank transfer or as you agree. The platform does not collect or pay out money for cleanings and takes no commission. We recommend paying after the cleaning and not sending deposits in advance.

Question 16

How do I pay the 39 CZK for a contact?

Accepted Answer

By card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) through a secure payment gateway. The amount is first only put on hold and charged once a cleaner accepts your request or offer. Card details go to the payment processor, never to our servers.

Question 17

How do I cancel the subscription?

Accepted Answer

Only cleaners (TOP profile) and companies (Partner) have a subscription — cancel it any time under Plan. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Question 18

How much does cleaning cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the cleaner rate and the scope. A typical rate in the Czech Republic is 200–300 CZK per hour, around 290 CZK in Prague. Our calculator gives an estimate.

Question 19

How do you verify cleaners?

Accepted Answer

Every profile has a phone number verified by SMS. Cleaners we have talked to on a video call or in person have the "Verified in person" badge. Verification is not a quality guarantee — choose by reviews and personal agreement too.

Question 20

Is my personal data safe?

Accepted Answer

Cleaners do not see your surname, phone or address — only the cleaner who accepts your request or offer gets your contact. We process data under GDPR and never sell it.

Question 21

What if something goes wrong?

Accepted Answer

Disputes about the cleaning are resolved directly with the cleaner. For safety, theft or fraud use the "Report" button on the profile or in messages. In an emergency call the police (158).
