How to get the most out of the platform
Sign-up and profile
Create an account
Sign up with your e-mail. It is free and takes just a minute.
Add details about your home
Enter the type of property (flat, house, office), its size in m², the number of rooms and other important details.
Describe what you need
Describe what kind of cleaning you need, how often, and whether you have special requirements (pets, allergies, eco-friendly products).

Describe what needs care
In your request or in a message, describe the places that need special care — delicate surfaces, valuable items, stubborn stains or areas that must not be touched.
Write notes for the cleaner
Agree on the details in messages — where to find the keys, how to switch off the alarm, what not to vacuum, which products to use on particular surfaces.

Choose a cleaner
Browse cleaner profiles, read reviews and compare prices. Pick the one that suits you best.
Post a request or an offer
Post a request that we send to cleaners near you, or send a direct offer to a specific cleaner from the directory. You then agree on the date and how often together.
You only pay once accepted
CZK 39 is held on your card. It is charged when the first cleaner accepts your request (for a direct offer, when the chosen cleaner accepts within 48 hours) — then you exchange phone numbers and e-mails. If nobody accepts your request within 6 days, the hold is released.
After the cleaning
Pay the cleaner
You pay the cleaner directly — in cash or by bank transfer, as you agree. The platform takes no commission on the cleaning.
Rate the cleaner
Your rating helps other users. Rate the quality of the cleaning, punctuality and communication.
We recommend insurance
For your protection, check whether your home insurance also covers damage caused by a third party. Feel free to ask the cleaner about liability insurance too — the platform does not verify it.
