The price is set by the cleaner’s hourly rate shown on her profile (from CZK 150/h), and you pay it directly to her. As a rule of thumb a regular cleaning takes 1.5 minutes per m², so a 40 m² apartment takes about an hour. You pay the platform CZK 39 per request or direct offer only once someone accepts it.
What if a guest checks out late or damages the apartment?+
You rearrange the time with the cleaner by message or phone. Damage caused by a guest is handled with Airbnb / Booking — a photo of the apartment after cleaning helps, so agree on it with the cleaner.
Can I give my own checklist and preferences?+
Yes. You agree on instructions (bed making, towel placement, preferred products) with the cleaner by message. With a regular cleaner you only need to explain them once.
What if a guest complains about cleanliness?+
You sort out the cleaning and its quality directly with the cleaner, who is responsible for her work. Then describe your experience in a review to help other hosts.
Is there an Airbnb integration?+
We don’t offer integration with Airbnb, Booking or other channels. You schedule cleanings with the cleaner based on your booking calendar.
