About us
and our vision
We believe quality cleaning services should be available to everyone - and the people who provide them deserve fair conditions.
Our mission
We started with a simple idea: connect people who need cleaning directly with those who can and want to do it. No unnecessary middlemen, no complicated processes.
Why are we here?
We saw how hard it is for people in services to find stable work on fair terms. And how difficult it is for home and flat owners to find reliable help.
That’s why we built a platform where everyone can build their own reputation, set their own terms and work on their own success. Transparently and with no hidden catches.
Our values
What defines us and what we believe in

We support the financial independence of people in services. Fair conditions for everyone.
Transparency
Reviews, ratings and history - all in one place. You decide based on facts.

Anastasia Dremková
Founder of HledamUklid, author of the content and contact person for clients and cleaners.
I founded HledamUklid in 2025 with a simple mission: to make finding a cleaner in the Czech Republic transparent, safe and fair for both sides. The cleaning market was full of undeclared work, unverified profiles and unclear prices. It was time to change that.
I speak Czech, Russian, Ukrainian and English, which helps me work with a diverse community of cleaners, many of whom came from Ukraine and Russia. Our goal is a fair working environment for every woman who decides to do this job professionally.
I write the blog, answer emails, get to know cleaners in person or on a video call, and think every day about how to improve the platform. If you have feedback, an idea or a question, write to me directly — info@hledamuklid.cz.
